🌻 It is time for me to say Auf Wiedersehen to The Little Garden School as my family moves to Germany. Thank you for all the support, friendship, great memories, and most of all, for trusting me with your wonderful children all these years. It has truly been a privilege. Please stay in touch (friend me!) - there is no greater joy for a teacher than to watch their students flourish.

Look! The silly goose who laid her eggs in our favorite Eagle nest has 5 fluffy goslings.

It's been a cold and rainy morning at the Decorah Eagles nest that was taken over by Canada geese -- but the Raptor Resource Project has spotted at least five goslings that have hatched so far! RRP has people on the scene, watching for when the goslings decide to jump from the nest. Our chickens are living the Spring life today. The children are refilling their food and water and even delivering more dirt to their dust bath spa via Tonka truck.

Happy Mud Season! We are looking for donations of pots, pans, muffin tins, cake pans, bundt pans, potato mashers, wooden and metal spoons for our mud kitchen. They can be very well loved - we will give them new life. Thanks!

Hey 5 or soon-to-be 5 year olds, most of our local districts are holding Kindergarten Round Up in the next few weeks. Be sure to get registered - Kindergarten is so much fun that Ms Helen did 5 years of it!

Okay weather, we were good sports today. We made tropical fruit salad, we did beach yoga, we made sand paintings and found sea shells, we read ocean books and we played beach ball parachute. But seriously, please warm up now...the kids are fine, but Ms Helen and Ms Amanda NEED to get outside!
