Would you march toward a British fort with your musket unloaded? On October 14, 1781, Alexander Hamilton’s men did just that.

Three days later, a drummer and a white handkerchief would help bring the guns at Yorktown to a halt.

Step back into this remarkable week in Revolutionary history with our newest Camp Flintlock blog post, “A Drumbeat at Yorktown.”
