Although this study says there's no evidence that music lessons makes you smarter, my personal experience shows that music lessons helps children and adults to focus better and increase their ability to multi-task. In many cases, this leads to higher grades in school and more productivity at the workplace. I'd love to know what you think about this thought-provoking article from National Geographic!
