I remember in the beginning of personal my anxiety recovery journey. I wanted to get better quickly so I thought the more I learn and the more I implement, the faster I would get better.

But this however lead to overwhelm And more anxiety. My whole day was focused on anxiety rather than life. And since we get more of what we focus on. I ended up getting more anxiety.

Does this sound familiar to you.

If it does. I want you to learn from my mistakes. As overachievers and self employed individuals, it's in our nature to overthink things and complicate the issue.

But, and this is a big But!

Life is not suppose to be complicated. We need Lighten up a bit and keep it simple

instead. Here's what you need to do. Be easy on yourself and try to have fun and chill out.

I know it's easier said than done. But with enough practice and repetition you will get there. I promise.

Remember you came here for fun. So go out there and have fun. Show your inner child that you can still have fun. And you can see fun in things.

When are you gonna wake up to the fact that you are pure spirit that you always have been and always will be.

When are you gonna wake up to the fact that you could be do you have anything that your heart desires. It all starts with your thoughts and your imagination.

So what are you thinking about brought the whole day. What is your dominant thought. What is your dominant in motion. These things seem to be trivial but they are very still important and contribute to your happiness and or lack there of.

Sometimes we're So busy with life and we forget our purpose and we kind of get off course.
Then we finally find ourselves asking, how did I
get here and why am I not as happy as I thought I'd be.?
One of the major reasons why people fail to find
happiness or to create a unique lifestyle is because they have not yet mastered the art of being and living well.
Here's what I mean.
While we are home, our thoughts are still absorbed with solving the challenges we face at work or the office.
My thoughts, THERE WILL ALWAYS BE CHALLENGES AT THE OFFICE... ALWAYS... so live with it.
And when we are at the office, we find ourselves worrying about problems at home. Again, life is life. Nothing is perfect.

Then we do something most people do.
They don't listen.
We go through the day without really listening to what others are saying to us.
We might be hearing their words, but we aren't
absorbing the message. This is especially true
for males.
Example: You might be reading this , but
you might be missing the point.

As we go through our day, we find ourselves
focusing on past experiences or future possibilities.

Hello beautiful souls...

I get questions from my clients and I wanted to share my answers in hopes that it can help someone else that is having the same problem.

Here's my answer to today's question:

1. Acknowledge the thoughts. Don't try to stop them.

2. Let them be there disregard. They are there. You are staying Parallel to them. you are just an observer. No need to engage, defend or argue or make sense of them. Eventually the thoughts will move on as long as you don't block them.

3. Focus on something that is more productive and empowering. Keep focusing on the present time and keep doing what you are doing. Anxiety lives in the future and the past. Focus on being present. Right here right now.

4. Anxiety makes you feel like you have to go back and think about an event so you can fix it. There is nothing to fix. It already happened, so accept and have peace with what happened and move on. Anxiety will make you feel like something is wrong with you. There is nothing wrong with you. You are not sick. You are not broken.

I know this might sound simple but unfortunately it's not easy. It takes a lot of repetition and practice.
