Lets Saddle Up Therapeutic Horsemanship Program Let's Saddle Up is a friendly, family-oriented riding program that offers many programs for the public.

We are a 501c3 nonprofit organization i Laurens County, SC. We use trained Volunteers with our riders to maintain safety at all times. Our instructor is Sharron Dillard who is a Certified therapeutic riding instructor (Path Intl) and Certified in Equine Assisted Learning (OK Corral). LSU offers therapeutic riding, Equine Assited Learning, Silver Stirrups for 50+, LSU Eagles (Veterans program), and " HORSE POWERED READING" PROGRAM. Tiny Trotters Therapy Horses are a program of LSU also. Our Tiny Trotters program offers "JUST SAY WHOA TO BULLYING" program, visits to senior living centers, visits to day cares and schools, and community events. "HORSE POWERED READING" program- Students interact with horses from the ground, while using toys and games and props to identify obstacles and learn five critical reading skills- phonetic awareness, decoding, vocabulary, fluency, and comprehension.

After many prayers and tears, I have decided to close down the Riding programs of Lets Saddle Up. We have been blessed to have been able to serve the community with Therapeutic Riding, Silver Stirrups, and our Veterans program. Special thanks to Pam and Ashley Riddle for allowing us to have Lets Saddle Up at your beautiful horse farm.
But we will not be going away. Our Tiny Trotters Therapy Horses will still be out making smiles in the Upstate.
And thank you to all of the Riders and Volunteers we have had in 15 years. We always said that we were more like family than volunteers, and riders.

We’re looking for a working rider who can do more than just sit in a saddle. If you’ve got:

• A solid seat at all gaits, slick or rough terrain
• Rain-soaked reins and no complaints
• Experience with mounted shooting or riding through loud, chaotic scenes
• Know how to spot a hot hoof and haul hay
• Willing to feed, muck, drag, and repeat
• Live and breathe horses and aren’t afraid to get your boots dirty
