What a great morning of learning at the Boone Career and Technical Center!

Automotive students were cleaning and organizing their workshop with Mr. Baldwin.

Power Sports students were working on engines in their workshop with Mr. Hodges.

Electrical students were preparing their booths for the school year with Mr. Bryant.

Welding students were working on a scoop bucket insert for a coal mining company with Mr. Fowler.

Building Maintenance and Operations students were completing their safety training as well as cleaning and organizing their workshop with Mr. Berry.

Pre-vocational students were engaged in a debate with Ms. Adkins.

Pre-vocational students were taking a tour of the school with Mrs. Vance.

Grow Your Own Teaching Pathway students were collaborating with their partners to serve a murder mystery with Ms. Price.

Health Science students were learning about HIPAA, bloodborne pathogens, clinical handbooks, and simulated workplace policies and procedures with Mrs. Sheppard, Mrs. Thompson, and Mrs. Tomblin.

Practical Assessment Exploration System students were learning how to mail packages with Mr. Miller.

Culinary students were cleaning and organizing the kitchen as well as sorting chef coats with Chef Anderson.

Cosmetology students were planning fundraisers and community service projects with Mrs. Bennett.
