Our Salon 3505 crew brought the energy to the SkillsUSA Fall Leadership Conference with tug of war and karaoke! From teamwork on the rope to cheering each other on at the microphone, there was plenty of laughter, fellowship, and fun! ❤️💙

🏅 Day 1 of the SkillsUSA Fall Leadership Conference was full of learning, teamwork, and fun!

Our Salon 3505 students earning their Statesman Award, participating in the X Games, and enjoying fellowship with other SkillsUSA members. From building leadership skills to working together and making new friendships, they had plenty of opportunities to grow! ❤️💙

✨ Our Salon 3505 seniors have been busy this week learning a 20-foil highlighting placement on their manikins! ✨

They’re practicing sectioning, foil placement, and folding while building their skills and confidence one foil at a time. 💇‍♀️🎨

So proud of their hard work as they continue learning the art of haircoloring! 💕

✨ Learning one foil at a time at Salon 3505! ✨

Yesterday, our junior Pre-Cosmetology students started learning highlighting techniques, focusing on foil placement and proper folds. 💇‍♀️ They began practicing clean sections and folding their foils neatly and securely—taking their first steps toward future haircoloring services!

Every day of practice brings more confidence and skill. Proud of our juniors as they begin learning something new! 💕✂️

Last week, our Salon 3505 students continued their internships at The J Spa, Styles Unlimited, and Mane Attraction! ✂️💗 These experiences give our students opportunities to connect classroom learning with salon life, build confidence, and learn from professionals in our community.

Thank you to these salons for welcoming our students and investing your time and knowledge in the next generation of cosmetologists. Your support makes a difference!

I’m so proud of our students as they continue learning, growing, and preparing for their futures! 💕

We will be pausing internships for the next two weeks so students can prepare for SkillsUSA Fall leadership conference.

👑✨ What a magical day at Salon 3505! ✨👑

Our Tea Party Makeover event was a HUGE success! We welcomed 51 little girls for a day of makeovers, princess moments, and tea party fun! 💕🫖

As their instructor, I could not be prouder of my students. They were amazing with the children, showing patience, kindness, respect, and professionalism throughout the event. Watching them make each little girl feel special was the sweetest part of the day. 🥹💖

These experiences give my students the opportunity to put their skills into practice and see how much care and kindness matter when working with others. Today, they made me one SUPER proud teacher! 🌟
