United Studios of Self Defense has taught Kempo Karate across the United States since 1968. Our unique blend of classical training and modern application truly constitutes USSD as America's Self Defense Leader. Students receive regular private lesson training and have unlimited access to group instruction on a weekly basis. * Discuss your goals (fitness, confidence, focus, self-defense).

Unfortunately, the Dojo has suffered again 2nd major water damage . The first was on 8-18-26 from our neighboring business Pho Saigon , and on 9-10-26 Round Table pizza . Damage is extensive and estimate at 2-3 weeks meantime , in process of housing our Students for training here in foster city , will have an opportunity for another commercial property . Will keep everyone posted ASAP . This has been the 4th incident of water damage since we moved in 2015. So sorry for the inconvenience . Coordinating training for the testers for October 3,2026
