A wise man once told me "anyone can be a daddy, but it takes a man to be a father". Well, few exemplify that statement like my close friend Michael O'Donnell . Congrats to little mikey and his team for beating Plains to take home the u10 little league title in EXTRA INNINGS this weekend!!!

On a side note: I am EXTREMELY LUCKY to be able to work with alot of tremendous fathers. Knowing that they will be teaching their sons and daughters the same stuff I taught them....... is the best feeling in the world

Just a friendly reminder that if your coach/trainer says they can build you a physique that they can't build themselves....... they are wasting your time and money, and you should get a better one.
