YEARBOOK UPDATE!
We hope you all have been enjoying your summer, just as much as we have been taking all that summer has to offer in with our families.
We just wanted to reiterate that we said we would make a post and reach out via email once yearbooks are ready. We ran into an issue with the Lifetouch catalog (a file sent digitally with all photos/info of children, faculty and staff) where it wasn’t working. We are pleased to say we finally resolved that issue and we are just putting the final touches of filling the pages in with pictures. (We’ll throw in a few page examples below to show what you have to look forward to.)
We are also posting here because we have such a lack of photos this year that people have sent in. We are hoping to grab a few more photos of all the grades, whether it’s field trips, programs or photos from a school event, please drop them below in the comments for a last minute addition. For example, we’ve only received photos from 2 first grade parents, so we don’t really have a variety. (If you sent photos via email, we have them. 😊)
With that being said, we are aiming to close this bad boy out by early next week and have them in for the start of the school year. For anyone with questions as to what the holdup was this year aside from Lifetouch, the person who previously made the yearbook does not make it anymore and trying to get volunteers to help put it together proved to be a difficult task. Three of our board members agreed to take on the task when they could, so we are doing the best we can with what we have in front of us.
