Rise Gym was electric ⚡️ today! Started off with an impressive workout with Mary Ventura Dusel this morning - capped the evening with a GREAT Men’s S&C.

Mixed in some landmine rotations for +5 power on the golf swings🏌️‍♂️

Thanks for the birthday wishes, it was a great day. I couldn’t be more blessed to be where my feet are.

12 days ago Karen Shaw McFarland sent me her testimony shortly after she was placed on the transplant list. Fast forward to today and she is recovering from a successful surgery 🫁

Rise Gym wouldn’t exist without her, and I might have never became a trainer without her love and generous support for my passion. It’s hard to put into words how much these words mean to me. Proud of her courage through this battle.
