After months of preparation, training, and planning for what’s ahead, Annual Enrollment Period is officially here!

From now through December 7th, calendars will fill up quickly and client conversations will be happening every day. Agents will be helping clients navigate plan changes, answer important questions, and make sense of everything that comes with AEP. It’s a busy season, but it’s also one of the most important times of the year to help clients review their coverage and feel confident heading into 2027.

There’s a lot of work that happens before October 15th ever arrives, and now it’s time to put all of that preparation into action. We’re excited to see what our agents accomplish over the next several weeks and to watch all of the time and effort that went into getting ready for AEP pay off.

With AEP right around the corner, we spent the end of last week bringing everyone together at the office for a little time to connect before the busy season officially begins.

Thursday’s AEP Kickoff Party gave everyone a chance to hang out, catch up, and enjoy drinks and appetizers together before calendars start getting packed. Then Friday morning, we were right back at it for Kit Pickup Day with coffee and donuts while carrier reps brought in kits and materials for agents to grab before AEP begins.

It was a fun couple of days and a really good way to wrap up all of the preparation that has gone into this season. We loved having so many people in the office and getting one more chance to connect before AEP officially gets underway!

AEP is loading, and October 15th is getting closer! We know how quickly this time of year moves and how much goes into getting ready for the busy season ahead.

Before AEP is officially up and running, we want you to know that our team is in your corner. Whether you have a question, need help finding a resource, or simply need some extra support along the way, we’re here and ready to help.

With a few weeks still to go before AEP is fully loaded, now is the time to make sure you feel confident and ready for what’s ahead. We’re looking forward to another great AEP with all of you!

Our first Ohio Market Dual Day was a success! Agents and carrier partners came together for a full day of great conversations, questions and support within the Medicare community. With the Ohio Dual market having its unique challenges and changes, this day gave agents and carriers the opportunity to take a deeper dive into each plan, each company and each process to ensure that the Ohio Dual market is better served.

A huge thank you to each carrier who spent the day with us and to all of the agents who came ready to learn, ask questions, and be part of the conversation. It was great to see so much engagement throughout the day and how much discussion each presentation sparked.

We loved getting to bring this event to life and hope to bring it to future states soon!

As we welcome the first day of a new season, there’s plenty of change in the air. For those of us in the Medicare industry, this time of year also brings new plans, new information, and a lot to look forward to as we head into the months ahead.

Change is a constant in this industry, and each new plan year brings something different. It also brings new opportunities to learn, grow, strengthen relationships, and continue finding ways to better serve your clients.

As we welcome fall, we’re excited to see what’s ahead and everything this new season has in store for our agents and partners!

Three cities, three days, and so many conversations that reminded us why our Carrier Rollouts continue to be such an important part of what we do at Senior Market Team.

As we prepare for another AEP, we know how important it is for our agents to feel informed and prepared for what’s ahead. Our Carrier Rollouts bring agents and carrier partners together to hear directly about changes for the new plan year, ask questions, and have conversations that can make a real difference in the months ahead. To every agent who spent the day with us, thank you. We know this is an incredibly busy time of year, and we never take it for granted when you choose to spend your time at one of our events.

We also couldn’t make these events happen without our carrier and industry partners. Thank you for joining us, sharing your knowledge, and helping our agents prepare to serve their clients this AEP. The relationships we’ve built with our agents and partners mean so much to our team and getting everyone together in person only reinforces why we continue to invest in opportunities like these.

Labor Day is an opportunity to recognize the hard work that happens throughout the year and, more importantly, the people behind it. We’re fortunate to work alongside so many agents and partners who put an incredible amount into their businesses. We know the commitment that takes, including the work that often happens behind the scenes and doesn’t always receive the recognition it deserves.
