💙 A reminder to not take this flu mess & necessary recovery time lightly. I nursed the flu for two wks, which felt like ages, but perhaps still attempted too much, too soon when returning to activity (struggles of a movement ju**ie, I suppose), as I caught a secondary round of something that has had me back down again this wk. So I've been trying to lie low, but have been struggling pretty significantly with this current flair up, so I am sadly unable to safely & effectively teach at the moment. Sweet Kristyn kindly stepped up to fill in today so I can take care of myself. Thank you for your understanding. I hope to meet you back on the mat soon, feeling perkier, with much happier lungs. 🙏🏼 And if you are one of the masses also under the weather, give yourself kindness & time. Much love ❤️

Update: I'm hearing of lots of closures & accidents, so please stay home!! 🙏🏼 I have msgd the Group X Mgr & called the club, but there are no mgrs on duty today, so I'm making the call. I'm unable to cancel class myself in the system, so this is the best I can do, but it is not worth chancing people I care about on the road. Please pass along the memo if you can, & stay home safe!
