Physical Education
This is your week-two P.E. workout.
Do this workout 3-4 times per week with just one day “off” between your workout days.
Here are the four exercises, do them in order with no rest between each exercise.
Week 2:
*Run in place (15 seconds)
*Bodyweight Squats (7 repetitions) – heels always in contact with the ground
*Seal Jacks (15 repetitions)
*Incline Push-ups (7 repetitions)
**Rest 60 seconds and repeat two more rounds**

With your family members make some paper airplanes
Have some competitions with them to see whose can fly the farthest
Make some targets in your house/yard and see who can hit the targets from different distances
