Over the last few weeks, our 2nd graders (pictured above) have received their First Holy Communion! At Holy Family Catholic School, our 2nd graders host the final Mass of the school year dressed in their First Communion attire. Every Hornet lifted them up in prayer as they witnessed their friends receiving one of the greatest sacraments of our faith.

Some of our first graders also celebrated this monumental day alongside our second graders! Dressed in their beautiful First Communion attire, they joined in this special tradition with joy and reverence. Congratulations to all of our students as they continue growing in faith and love for the Eucharist! ✝️🤍

We are so proud of you David!

David, an alumnus of Holy Family Catholic School, excelled at Nolan Catholic High School as a three-time state qualifier in track, district champion in cross country and track, and team captain since his sophomore year.

An NROTC Scholarship recipient, he was also deeply involved in Ballet Folklórico and distinguished himself in the culinary program as the first student to complete Culinary III. Despite facing significant family challenges during high school, David persevered with faith and determination.

He will attend the U.S. Naval Academy, majoring in physics.

Freaky Friday & Terrific Tuesday Fun! 🎉

Our “Teacher of the Day” passes—auctioned off at the Annual Pot of Gold Dinner—were a huge hit! During Freaky Friday and Terrific Tuesday, roles were reversed and a few rules were flipped, making for an unforgettable experience across campus.

Our students had an absolute blast stepping into the shoes of their favorite teachers—it was a day full of laughter, creativity, and excitement!

A special congratulations to our live auction winner, Sophia, who did an outstanding job as Principal for the Day! 👏

We are so grateful to everyone who participated and supported our school. Your generosity helps make memorable experiences like this possible for our students. 💙
