Lisa Hodges Coaching Don't let your past define your future! At 53, Lisa lost 100 pounds & earned her bachelors degree! T I believed for 20 years that I was too stupid to do college.

I am passionate about encouraging women to step out of their comfort zone, put their past behind them, move forward discovering their God given strengths, passions & purpose in life. What makes my coaching and speaking sessions unique is that most women can relate to my story. I struggled with low self-esteem and self-defeating thoughts most of my life. With God’s help, I overcame those self-defea

ting thoughts and graduated with honors from Tarleton State University with a Bachelors Degree at the age of 53. I also lost 103 pounds that same year after spending most of my life using food to stuff feelings of fear, anger, bitterness, shame and worthlessness. This means my clients benefit from my life experiences and my resulting emotional, spiritual, mental and physical transformation. They work with a coach who has been where they are, living in the grip of self-defeating thoughts, feeling stressed out and less than. I walk along side my clients as they move forward into a healthier, happier life with increased confidence and purpose.
