Getting the kitchen ready for next semester. These students just completed their dual credit ServSafe national exam and will begin Culinary 1 in January.

Great night last night. Students and their parents/family came out for Open House. Teachers had the opportunity to meet parents, and our culinary students and their parents decorated a Halloween cookie for a fun hands-on activity. The pictures were great!!! Even Tony Martinez, Mrs. Menchaca, & Mr De La Cruz got in on the action….

Culinary students did an AMAZING job in both Mystery Basket & Culinary competition at FCCLA conference in Waco. Next up, Dallas. CONGRATULATIONS

These young ladies did an amazing job this weekend! They’re headed off to FCCLA state competition in the beginning of April. Close to $15,000 in scholarship money won between them.
