J. Aaron Gruben has been researching and writing about history for over 25 years – with particular focus on the Middle Ages and chivalry. He has now published over 20 books, including medieval school studies, veterinary work books, historical fiction, time travel, Viking nonfiction, and more. When not dressing up in armor, he is a practicing veterinarian and helps homeschool his six children.
