You don’t have to be the loudest person in the room to influence others.

That reminder from Jim Roach speaks to something many leaders discover over time:

Real executive presence isn’t about volume or personality. It’s about trust, authenticity, confidence, and the ability to create meaningful connection with others.

The way a leader shows up matters.

When leaders invest in learning, it has to be worth it.

Wendy Davidson joined the TCU Neeley Mini MBA as a CEO and board director. She didn’t have the luxury of stepping away for months, but she still expected a world-class experience.

That’s exactly what she found.

Designed for leaders:
A one-week format that delivers real depth, not shortcuts.

Sometimes the most valuable thing a leader can do is step away from the routine long enough to think differently.

That’s exactly what happened during the inaugural TCU Neeley Mini MBA cohort in March 2026.

For one immersive week on campus, professionals from industries like healthcare, tech, manufacturing, and higher education came together to explore strategy, leadership, change management, and real-world business challenges alongside expert faculty and peers from across the country.

Participants left with new ideas, practical tools, and a broader perspective on how to lead in today’s business environment.

Growth doesn’t happen by accident. It happens when leaders intentionally invest in themselves and learn in community with others who challenge and expand their thinking.

When leaders grow, impact grows with them.

Congratulations to the Cook Children’s team on completing Advancing Healthcare Leadership 2.0. This group made the choice to invest in how they lead, knowing it shapes every experience that follows.

Families from across the U.S. choose Cook Children’s every day. That level of trust is built by people who are committed to getting better, together.

We’re grateful to support an organization focused on improving the well-being of every child in their care and their communities.
