26 years in early childhood education. Four years as Ordered Steps Learning Center. And a dream that began with a nine-year-old little girl.
God, I thank You.
I'm grateful for every child. Every family. Every teacher. Every person who has been part of this journey.
And most of all, I'm grateful that You trusted me with the vision and gave me the courage to walk in it.
Four years down, and I'm still walking in purpose—one ordered step at a time. 💜

✨ PRE-K TEACHER / OPENER
🕡 Monday–Friday | 6:30 AM–3:30 PM
We’re looking for an experienced early childhood educator who can create a safe, nurturing, organized, and engaging Pre-K classroom while helping set the tone for a great day at OSLC.

🚌 AFTER SCHOOL TEACHER / VAN DRIVER
🕑 Monday–Friday | 2:00 PM–6:30 PM
This position includes safely transporting children from school and helping create a fun, structured, and positive after-school environment. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.

Look at our little learner go! 💜 This 2-year-old did a SUPER job recognizing a parallelogram while reviewing shapes this morning! 🔷👏🏽

Learning starts early, and we love creating opportunities for our toddlers to build confidence, strengthen recognition skills, and have fun while learning.
