Pursuing a career in Childcare requires a serious commitment, rather than a casual mindset that views it as "just a job". This profession involves a broad range of responsibilities that exceed the parameters of a paycheck, including the provision of healthy snacks and meals, as well as assuming the role of a daytime parent and educator.These children in your care deserve the absolute best, they did not ask to be put into childcare, so make sure they have a positive experience and love being in your presence.
