Effective October 1, 2023, sales agents renewing their license for the first time—both active and inactive—are required to complete an approved 30-hour Real Estate Brokerage course as part of their 90 hours of Sales Agent Apprentice Education (SAE). This change was adopted during the May Commission meeting. Find out more about sales agents' first-time renewal requirements:

Texas Real Estate Academy applauds the measures Fort Worth area license holders are taking to reduce the spread of the COVID-19 virus. We also recognize your efforts could have a significant cost to your Real Estate practice.

Secondly, we recognize license holders lacking credit hours have fewer options right now to attend live courses, as well.

🆓 We choose to help, on both.

Effective Immediately, TREA will be instructing Legal Update 1 and 2 daily. Until further notice, we will offer ‘Legal’ for free at our maximum capacity.

🆓 This is NOT a Hoax.

TREC allows a method of course delivery where instructors and students interact face to face and in real-time, including the use of technology. We are blessed to have the best of this tech. If you are reading this and you have a we**am, you have the technology as well.

🆓 We owe our existence to YOU and WE are in this together.

While our new tech has a large capacity -- We feel these seats will fill quickly due to demand. We will expand class size as much as possible while maintaining educational integrity.

If the time slots are full, please check back often will be adding both dates and per class capacity.

That stated, please only register for a time slot that you feel confident works for your schedule. Second, if you cannot make your course, please cancel your slot to allow for another student.
