Padmeni Yoga

This is my personal morning practice that I’d like to share with you after a year of losing access to my page. Just a 20-minute practice in the morning, nothing fancy, but effective! Just like the old days when we used to practice together in Vong Ha.

Lấy lại được page cái quay thử cái video liền lun hơ hơ 😂, tại cũng chỉ mất 20p thui mà đằng nào cũng tập như trên lớp ngày xưa á.

Sau một năm page đã trở lại lợi hại hay ko thì ko biết nhưng được đọc tin nhắn của mọi người ngày xưa là đã vui rùi!

Bàng hoàng nhận ra tôi đã tự remove chính mình khỏi quền admin trên page, vẫn có thể up bài thông qua instagram nhưng không thể check tin nhắn trên page 🥹🥹🥹.
