Miss Allen's class has a special vistor this month. William the elf is watching her students and reporting back to Santa. The students have enjoyed finding William every morning and the gifts he leaves them.

We are so excited for the Christmas season! We celebrated by wearing our pajamas, decorating our tree, and by watching a Christmas movie with milk and cookies!

Miss Allen's class read Balloons Over Broadway by Melissa Sweet. It is about Tony Sarg who created the first balloons for the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade. The students created their own balloons for our very own parade!

The staff at PCA gathers together to choose a verse to be the theme scripture for each year. Afterwards, we create a painting as a school that represents the verse. Our verse comes from Philippians 4:6-7, "Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus."

We had a great time celebrating Halloween last Friday!

The students have greatly enjoyed their art classes. They created pumpkins out of paper mache and painted them. They did a great job!

We had so much fun on our field trip yesterday! We went to the Creation Evidence Museum and Dinosaur Valley State Park in Glen Rose.
