Nothing Like A Good Stage Selfie with the Audience! 🤩What an Honor!🥰
This week, I had the incredible privilege of serving as the Keynote Speaker for both days of the City of Fort Worth’s Employee Values Summit — and my heart is still full!
Over the course of the summit, I had the opportunity to speak in front of more than 1,500 of our city’s amazing employees. Standing in that space, looking out at the faces of the people who keep our city moving, was both humbling and energizing. These team members show up every day committed to excellence, growth, and cultivating a culture we can all be proud of.
This year’s theme — Accountability & Mutual Respect — could not have been more timely. And my hope is that the message I shared left a lasting impact, poured into those who pour so much into our city, and encouraged each person to continue leading with intention.
A huge thank you to the Human Resources Department and our city leaders for trusting iSALT with this opportunity. Your commitment to growth and culture is inspiring, and I’m grateful for the chance to partner with you in such meaningful work.
This experience is one I will always remember — and I’m absolutely looking forward to future collaborations with the amazing City of Fort Worth team. 💛💙

✨ Sis, when you’re grown and confident, you don’t chase lies or correct every story. Your silence speaks louder than their words. Watch closely—you’ll quickly see who’s just in your circle and who’s really in your corner. 💎👑

Still in awe…
After having a few days to reflect, I’m finally able to put into words what it meant to chair the 44th Annual Fort Worth Metropolitan Black Chamber of Commerce Luncheon. It was no small feat—but absolutely a labor of love.
Bringing this event to life for such a powerful organization and creating a phenomenal experience for 750+ attendees took vision, coordination, and a whole lot of heart. I’m beyond grateful to our Board Chair, Ty for trusting me with this honor. Your faith in me meant everything.
Of course, this wasn’t a solo mission. My amazing committee was the backbone of this event—showing up, sharing ideas, and sticking with me every step of the way. I couldn’t have asked for a better team.
And then… Dr. DL Wallace. My mentor. My friend turned family. I knew he’d deliver a powerful keynote, but he went above and beyond—leaving the room inspired, jaws dropped, and hearts full. And just when we thought it couldn’t get better, he dropped the mic… and then dropped a $250,000 check to fund scholarships for Fort Worth ISD students. 💥🎤💸
I could say the luncheon was a huge success—but it was so much more. It was an experience, a celebration, and a moment of impact that will live in the hearts and minds of everyone who attended.
To everyone who showed up, supported, and poured into this event—I see you, I appreciate you, and I love you. THANK YOU.
Here’s to legacy, leadership, and lifting as we climb. ✨

🌟 Embrace Your Light, Prune What No Longer Serves You, and Travel Light 🌟
Never dim your light to make others feel comfortable. Your greatness might blind those who refuse to see it, but that’s not your problem—it’s their inability to put on the right sunglasses. Sometimes, the support you expect may not come from the people you thought it would, and that’s okay! People’s vision can be clouded by their own insecurities, but your light is meant to shine bright, no matter the shadows around you.
As you grow, you’ll need to prune what no longer serves you. Not every sprout is meant to stay—some things, even if they seem to be flourishing, need to be let go in order to make room for new, stronger growth. 🌱
And as you journey towards success, remember: carry checked luggage, not a carry-on. Leave behind the excess baggage that keeps you tethered and bogged down. Your path is about lightness, freedom, and clarity.
✨ Keep pushing forward, unbothered by those who don’t mean you well. Your greatness will find its way. ✨
Happy Monday Y’all! ☀️

One week ago today, I had the incredible honor of being recognized as one of this year’s recipients of the Richard L. Knight Minority-Owned Business Award by the Rotary Club of Fort Worth.
Standing among such inspiring peers and being celebrated for the work I love was both humbling and deeply fulfilling. I am beyond grateful for this recognition, and even more proud to know that the work I’m doing is making a meaningful impact right here in the city of Fort Worth.
A huge shout-out and heartfelt thank you to this year’s presenting sponsor, POSTL Group, and to my friend Jeff Postell for your support and belief in my journey. Your generosity and commitment to uplifting minority-owned businesses means the world!
Thank you to everyone who has supported me — this is only the beginning!

🌸✨ I Chose Harmony Over Balance ✨🌸
They say life is about finding balance… but here’s the truth:
Balance demands that all things be equal, all the time — and life just doesn’t work like that.
Harmony, on the other hand, understands the rhythm of life. It doesn’t ask everything to be even. It allows each area — your family, your purpose, your rest, your joy — to rise and fall like music, giving what’s needed, when it’s needed.
Just like the roses around me — all different, all vibrant, all adding their own beauty without competing. Just like this outfit — bold, soft, wild, and strong, coexisting in perfect flow. That’s harmony. 🌹🩷🐆
So no, I don’t strive for balance anymore. I choose harmony — because my peace is too precious to split evenly.
