I created this video after watching a CNN International discussion today about humanoid robots that left me frustrated by how easily the educational value of this emerging technology was dismissed. While concerns about robotics, AI, jobs, security, and ethics are important, we cannot overlook the responsibility we have to expose our students to the technologies shaping their future.

Humanoid robotics in education is not about replacing people—it is about giving students opportunities to explore, question, program, innovate, and see themselves as creators rather than simply consumers of technology. Our students deserve more than a front-row seat to someone else’s future. They deserve the opportunity to help build their own.

Day Three of The Organizational Wellness Conference was a half day and filled with powerful learning, meaningful reflection, and wellness in action!

Attendees explored Using AI for Wellness App Development, participated in the Developing Holistic Wellness Initiatives: Integrating Well-Being session, and continued their wellness journeys through our therapy room activities.

This was the conclusion of the first Organizational Wellness Conference, but the beginning of an organizational wellness movement. Stay tuned for next year’s conference in 2027!

Day Two of the Organizational Wellness Conference was filled with laughter, learning, and exciting AI innovation featuring humanoid robots! From great food and meaningful camaraderie to powerful sessions about understanding ourselves, our bodies, and our minds, the positive energy was incredible. We left inspired, challenged, and committed to doing better—for ourselves and the people we serve. Today’s presenters were absolutely amazing!
