This relocation is for June 4 only. We will resume normal operations at Mitchell June 8th.

Mitchell Families:

Grocery costs are climbing and you have hungry children at home this summer. In order to help, FWISD is offering free breakfast and lunches to all children under the age of 18 now through July 2nd. Children DO NOT have to be enrolled in a FWISD school or a FWISD summer program. However, only certain campuses will be serving these meals, and elementary campuses, middle school campuses, and high school campuses will be at different times. All children will be able to go to any of the campuses listed, so be sure to check out the information below:

Mark your calendars! This Saturday, May 30th at the Trinity Park Pavilion the FW Public Library is kicking off the Summer Reading Challenge. This challenge can be done together as a family. The Saturday kickoff will include feee Kona Ice (until supplies run out) and a musical event along with other activities.

We are sad to see Mr. Fracassi leave us and wish him well on his new adventure. We are excited to welcome Mrs. Sancen back to L.A.M.B. in her new role as Principal!

This Friday, May 8, 2026 will be our Career Day event at L.A.M.B. This is a fun opportunity for our students to experience different careers available to them in the future. We are always excited when this event is happening.

Be sure to ask your students about their favorite career!

Encourage your students to do something for their teacher(s). It can be as simple as writing them a note or drawing a picture for them. This is an opportunity to let them know how much they are appreciated.

FWISD has cancelled all after school activities on April 28, 2026 due to the threat of bad weather. Please stay safe.
