The Invader Squadron was formed to restore the Douglas A-26B Invader 43-7140 as an 8th Bomb Squadron aircraft during the Korean War Walmsley. CAF Objectives
1.

Invader Squadron Objectives:
1: To honor the past generations of veterans who fought to preserve the American way of life by restoring and flying Douglas A-26B 41-29427 N240P "Night Mission" to educate current and future generations about the "Greatest Generation".
2. To commemorate Medal of Honor Recipient Captain John S. To acquire, restore and preserve in flying condition a complete collection

The elves are working hard on the A-26 for the upcoming 2026 airshow season. There’s still time to donate to the 12 Planes of Christmas campaign to help us accomplish our goal to build new engines and paint the aircraft.
