We teach the martial art of Hapkido, as a member school of the American Institute of Modern Hapkido Instruction (AIMHI).
Hapkido is the Korean martial "art of coordinated power." As practitioners, we strive to balance our minds, bodies, and spirits in servant-leadership. This defensive art has a number of strengths, including throwing, joint locks, falling, and, of course, punching and kicking. Knorr's Academy of Hapkido is accredited by the Better Business Bureau.

Some of you may know that we've been embracing 🔥HOT-kido🔥 for the last few weeks while working to fix our air conditioning. It's been hot and uncomfortable at times, but we've got a good group of students who stuck it out anyway!
To show our appreciation, we will be awarding a "cool" (hint, hint) prize to the student with the highest attendance over the last month! 🏆 We will announce during class on TUESDAY!
