📣📣Friendly Reminder Sharks!!!🦈

Because we follow the Early College High School calendar, our schedule differs from the traditional FWISD Fall Break calendar. While FWISD students may be observing Fall Break, MCCHS students are expected to attend classes as scheduled.

We look forward to seeing all of our scholars in class and continuing the great work happening at MCCHS!

As always, Excellence Is the Standard! 💙💛

🎓✨ The Class of 2027 is dreaming big and exploring what’s next!

Our AVID Sharks had an unforgettable college experience at Midwestern State University in Wichita Falls! Students toured campus facilities, dorms, and the dining hall; visited the Dillard School of Business and the new Health Sciences building; and discovered the opportunities waiting for them beyond high school.

They also learned about MSU’s history and the Priddy Scholarship, the university’s largest scholarship opportunity. 💙

A Huge THANK YOU to our trip planners, Mrs. Engle, Mrs. Jackson, and our incredible parent chaperones for encouraging our students and helping make this experience possible!

The future is bright, the possibilities are endless, and MCCHS is COLLEGE BOUND! 🦈🎓

🦈✨ Scenes from our Shark Expectations kickoff!

Every 6 weeks, we spotlight one of our 6 core values and bring it to life through meaningful conversations, connection, and reflection. 💙

A huge shoutout to our phenomenal counselor Mrs. Reed for planning and preparing such an intentional kickoff! This first session included an Admin Get-to-Know-You Q&A, giving our scholars the opportunity to connect, learn some fun facts, and get to know our new admin team beyond the titles.

We’re excited to continue building a culture where our values aren’t just words…they’re how we show up, connect, and grow together. 🦈💙
