Good evening, we will be at the school this Thursday, April 9th with only a half an hour window available to us from 10:30 to 11:00 am. If you have popcorn sales, have expressed interest in coming to pick up an instrument or drop off money, expect a phone call from Mr Ambriz tomorrow. We will be setting up times for parents to come to the school. Please be prepared to answer our call. The procedure will be as follows:
Instruments will be set aside for pick up at the employee drive way.
Money will be placed into a designated box. Make sure it is in an envelope with the student's name and dollar amount on it.
Popcorn will be delivered drive thru style with you receiving the product after confirmation.
Again, make sure to be there on time so as to not go over the allotted time.

Good afternoon,

We are planning on having another day where the directors are available at the school. There are a few things we would like to do during this time:
We want to make times available for students who DO NOT have their instrument to come to the school and grab them.
We would like to get the popcorn delivered to the students that turned in orders from Cash Cow.
We want to collect any World's Finest Chocolate money that students and their parents may have to turn in.

I would like to send a sincere thanks to all of the students and parents who have supported the Williams James Band. Not only have you shown a sincere desire to continue your education but to grow musically as well. You are an inspiration to us. You are the reason that we teach. We will do our best to make sure that we help and nurture each and every student in the William James M.S. Band during this time of crisis.
