⚡ We're Hiring: Training Manager
IEC Fort Worth is seeking a Training Manager to support our apprenticeship and workforce development programs serving more than 600 apprentices across North Texas. This position provides instructional leadership and helps coordinate the day-to-day delivery of apprenticeship and workforce training programs. The Training Manager works closely with instructors, contractors, apprentices, and industry partners to help develop the next generation of electricians.
We're looking for an electrical industry professional who is passionate about workforce development, training, and making a lasting impact on the future of the trade.
Qualifications Include:
• Master Electrician license preferred
• Journeyman Electrician license required if not currently licensed at the master level
• Minimum 5 years of electrical industry experience
• Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code and industry best practices
• Leadership, communication, and organizational skills
