What a summer it's been at Champion GTMA 🌞🥋
Our summer camp kids stayed busy from morning to pickup. Olympic medal making, water challenges, blindfolded obstacle courses, popsicle parties, and Survivor Week competitions that had the whole camp cheering. 🏅💦
Beyond the fun, this is where real growth happens. Kids connected with other kids their age, got creative through hands on activities, spent real time outside, and built teamwork through friendly competition. That's confidence and connection built the way it should be, through play. 💪✨
Now school's back in session August 13th, and we're ramping up our After School Program to keep that same momentum going. 🎒📚

Mr. Sly, Black Belt, took 1st in Traditional Weapon at the Global Championship. 🏆
Ashley Perritt finished 1st in Traditional Weapon and 1st in Open Weapon at the GTMA Celebration Tournament, along with 3rd in Traditional Form. 🥇
Ms. Watson, Black Belt, also medaled at competition. 🏅
Mr. Rueda, Black Belt, finished 2nd in Traditional Weapons and 3rd in both Traditional Forms and Traditional Sparring at the GTMA Celebration Tournament. 🥈
Clarizza Paz had a standout weekend across both tournaments. Global Champion in Open Form and Open Weapon, 2nd in Traditional Weapon, and 3rd in both Traditional Forms and Stick Sparring at Globals. Then at the GTMA Global Celebration Tournament, she added 2nd in Open Form and 3rd in Open Weapon. 🔥
Mr. Hutts, Black Belt, pretested for 4th Degree and passed, then went on to finish 3rd in Open Weapon at the GTMA Global Celebration Tournament. 💪
