Our mission at Rivertree Academy is to educate under-resourced students to live life well by following Jesus, thriving academically and transforming their communities. Our school was born out of a strong, rooted ministry in the Lake Como community in Fort Worth. We are entering our third year in 2017-18 and will serve 75 students in Pre-K -
5th grade. Generous community partners come alongside our families to help scholarship our children to experience this life-transforming education!

Did you know that our scholars learn and live out Rivertree’s four core values: Faith, Excellence, Magnanimity, and Integrity?

These values are woven into our classrooms, chapel, and everyday interactions. Our students are encouraged not only to learn what these values mean, but to put them into action through the way they work, lead, and treat others.

Fun Fact: At Rivertree, we define magnanimity as servant leadership. It means choosing kindness over self-interest, standing up for what is right, and using our gifts to serve others. We love seeing our scholars put this value into action every day!

Meet the Rivertree Academy team for the 2026-2027 school year! We are so excited for another year of learning, growing, and serving our students and families together.

This year’s theme is “To Be the Remnant: Faithful, Set Apart, and Unshakeable.”

As a staff, we are committed to being faithful to God’s calling, set apart in the way we serve Him, and unshakeable in our commitment to our students, our families, and our mission.

We can’t wait to see what God has in store for this incredible team and the scholars we have the privilege of serving this year!

It’s the first day of school at Rivertree Academy! 🎉📚

What a wonderful way to start the school year! Our campus was filled with big smiles, lots of hugs, excited scholars, and so much joy.

From welcoming our students at the door, to our students already making new friends, and worshipping together, it’s already kicking off with a great start.

The excited energy this morning was infectious, and we could not have asked for a better start to this brand new school year. We are so excited for all that God has in store for our scholars, families, and staff. Here’s to an amazing year ahead! 💙

Back to School Night was a marvelous success!

It was so wonderful to see familiar faces and welcome so many new students and families to Rivertree Academy! Our halls were filled with excitement, smiles, and lots of anticipation for the year ahead.

Thank you to everyone who joined us last night. We can’t wait to welcome all of our scholars back tomorrow for the first day of school!
