As we move into the second week of school, we want to take a moment to shout out our friends across the street, at South Hills Christian Church. On the first day of school, these smiling faces were up bright & early putting out signs with words of encouragement, and welcoming our students, families, and faculty. Thank you for continuing to show up for our community- we are deeply grateful for your support, SHCC! 💚

A huge THANK YOU to our teachers, staff, and campus administration for everything you poured into our students this week. The first week of school takes a LOT of work, and we are so grateful for the patience, flexibility, smiles, and care you gave our little Wildcats.

Thank you so much to everyone that came out to our back-to-school event! We had such a great time meeting and reconnecting with our Wildcat community. We also added 21 members to our PTA! Whether you joined for the first time, or renewed your annual membership- thank you! Our voices are stronger together. 🐾💚

Lo pasamos de maravilla conociendo y reencontrándonos con nuestra comunidad de los Wildcats. ¡Además, sumamos 21 miembros a nuestra asociación de padres y maestros (PTA)! Ya sea que se hayan unido por primera vez o hayan renovado su membresía anual, ¡gracias! Nuestras voces son más fuertes cuando estamos unidos. 🐾💚

We can’t wait to welcome our South Hills families back for a brand-new school year! Before you head inside for Meet the Teacher, we want to invite you to stop by and spend some time with your PTA. 💚💛

Join us Friday, August 7th from 4:00–5:00 PM in the cafeteria for a fun-filled hour featuring:

✨ Bounce house
📸 Back-to-school photo op
🍧 Popsicles for the whole family
🛍️ Spirit Store shopping
📚 School supply drop-off (help make Meet the Teacher a little easier!)
🎟️ PTA membership raffle drawing — everyone who joins PTA at the event will be entered for a chance to win!

We’ll also be sharing information about our NEW Room Parent Program! 🎉 Stop by to learn what it’s all about and find out how you can help build stronger connections between families, teachers, and our South Hills community. Room parent applications will be available at the event!
