Hello! I am back at my desk and it feels fantastic. I had not wrote a blog post since November. I had several of you checking on me to see if I was okay...and thank you. Yes, it was the first time since I started that I missed and I gave myself permission because I wasn't in my right frame of mind with so much going on.
My son got sick (doing well now) in November and it changed up a few things, normal holiday activities, my father turned 90 so we had a several day celebration and I had a small female surgery in November as well. All is well now!
I sat down last week to write and wasn't sure about my goals for the year.
Yes, read more books and spend more time with my aging parents (father and in-laws). Simple, doable, and GENTLE.

I had to dump the saying "I am not tech savvy" once I realized it was a keeping me stuck. Now, I say "I am learning" this stuff. LOL. One of the best things I learned was in Dweck's book Mindset that our brain can keep learning at any age. Yep, our brain is like a muscle-stronger when used.
