Made this little quilt for my godson's baby boy. He's not born yet & they haven't picked a name or a nursery theme so this is what he gets. 😆 Hopefully by his first birthday he'll have a name & I can make a quilt with that name on it. 😉

Measures 42" × 42" Kona solid white & blue calico top with fleece back.

My Godkids are all grown up & even having children of their own these days... Where does the time go?

This is a belated quilt for my god daughter's daughter who just turned a year old. I would have made one when she was born, but I heard a rumor that her grandmother on her father's side was making one, so I just went on a shopping spree from her baby shower registry. 😆 Recently, when I heard through the grapevine that her handmade quilt never materialized, I got to work! This is big enough for a twin bed, so it will definitely cover her toddler bed.

Next up: thinking of a Christmas gift for my now high school Senior Girl Scouts. Where DOES the time go, indeed... 😩 😢

Just finished this throw for one of my Girl Scouts. She's been with me since 2nd grade & she graduated this year aka Bridge to Adult, & she's headed to LSU in the fall. 🥹❤️

Made this little wrap out of piece of an old wedding dress of the mother of the bride. This is the same family & same dress I made the pocket squares from last year.

I couldn't resust, so I went back to JoAnn's with the hubby to round up some scraps, & went a little crazy! 😆 We filled 2 baskets to overflowing! These are full 8 yard bolts of fleece I got for literally 7 cents each!! I got some $20 a yard sherpa fabric for 36 cents a bolt! I spent another $12 for another $1,000 haul. So, what you're looking at here cost me less than $1.

There was another lady there getting the green fleece too for some blankets for an animal rescue. We were talking about our charity projects & she said, "I will never be able to afford to donate so much again." She's right! We will do so much good with all we bought & that will be JoAnn's final legacy: all the charities that will benefit from products made with all this clearance fabric.

Now to find a place to store all these full bolts! This is just the green ones, btw....

Sent my mom this little pillow for Mother's Day along with some other goodies. Bambi has always been her favorite. 😊

Making some new draping gowns for Fundacion Aitana. The ones I made a few years back are looking a little tired after being washed so much. These are for the parents to wear over their clothes when they come visit their children in the chemo ward. They like having something fun looking for them besides the boring old blue scrub ones. ❤️.
