It's a great opportunity to connect with teachers and see what's happening at AHS. We've got a jam-packed evening you won't want to miss!

Here's the rundown:

5:30-6:00 PM: Club Rush ➡️ Find your passion! Explore all the amazing clubs and organizations Azle High School has to offer and get involved.

6:00-7:00 PM: Meet the Teacher ➡️ Walk your student's schedule, meet their teachers, and learn about the year ahead.

6:15-6:55 PM: Senior Summit ➡️ Attention, Class of 2027! Join us in the Azle High School Auditorium for a special session with important Senior information!

7:00-8:00PM: Meet the Hornets in the Main Gym!

Project Graduation Celebration (PGC ’27) is a parent-led organization committed to providing Azle High School seniors with a safe, fun, and memorable way to celebrate after prom or graduation night. Our mission is to keep students off the roads during one of the highest-risk nights of the year by offering a free, all-night, adult-supervised event in a secure, drug-free, and alcohol-free environment. By giving seniors a safe place to celebrate with their classmates, we help reduce the temptation to participate in unsafe or risky activities while creating memories that will last a lifetime. Students are transported by bus to the celebration, where they enjoy food, entertainment, games, prizes, and more—all at no cost.

We are currently preparing for our upcoming Project Graduation Celebration Yard Sale and are in need of several folding tables to help make the event a success.

If you have any tables available to lend, we would need them by Tuesday, and they will be ready for return or pickup by Saturday evening or Sunday.

To ensure all borrowed items are returned to their owners, please label the underside of your table with your name and phone number (a piece of duct tape or painter's tape works great).

Drop-offs are appreciated, as we are busy gathering donations and setting up, but I am also happy to arrange a pickup if needed. Please let us know if you have any tables we can borrow. Thank you for your support!
