TABS Students Shine at TCU Student Research Symposium!
Three of our outstanding students presented their research at TCU’s Student Research Symposium last week-showcasing the power of authentic, student-driven science.
Landon and Lexi investigated how pH influences the structure of zinc oxide crystals, helping advance its potential as an antibacterial material.
Charlize explored how temperature and river depth shape water chemistry at the Trinity River confluence, with implications for dissolved oxygen.
These projects highlight the incredible collaboration between TABS and TCU, blending high school and university-level research experience!
A special thank you to Dr. Omar Harvey and Dr. Yuri Strhemechny for their mentorship and support!
