If only you could hear the screaming and loud pep talks I'm giving myself in my basement right now. If I don't end up breaking it, it won't be from lack of trying, and I guess that counts for something!

After a conversation yesterday, I'm realizing how goal oriented I have become... And that I don't have a clear next step right now personally, professionally, or athletically. Doing some soul searching and prioritizing.

Goals I didn't even know I had have been attained (hello World Champ status) and goals that I've been working at for years came to fruition (creating and implementing an Adjudicator Certification). It feels good to have accomplished these huge milestones, but also like the day after Christmas. I've worked so hard for so long, the "what's next" seems overwhelming (and yes, there are more Titles and belts to be earned, so that work doesn't stop!)

Anyway, a little glimpse into my mind! Happy Wednesday ❤️

So many thanks to our amazing instructor team at Star Martial Arts and to everyone who came to watch and cheer. I will never, ever forget this moment. As adults, we seldom have a chance to feel celebrated, and I pray that everyone has a group of family, friends and supporters who will jump up, scream, and cry for you when you accomplish a huge goal that seemed so unattainable!
