North Fort Worth Music Academy

We are excited to officially welcome Sydney Wenger to the voice faculty at North Fort Worth Music Academy!

Miss Sydney holds a Master’s degree in Vocal Performance and Pedagogy and is currently pursuing her Artist Diploma at Texas Christian University. She brings specialized training not only in singing, but specifically in teaching healthy, confident, and expressive vocal technique to students of all ages. We are thrilled to have her joining our team of highly trained instructors as we continue creating exceptional musicians through excellence in pedagogy.

Miss Sydney is currently accepting new voice students for both the Summer and Fall semesters! 🎶

What a beautiful way to wrap up our spring semester recital weekend at North Fort Worth Music Academy and North Dallas Music Academy. 🎶
Over the course of 8 recitals, we watched our students share not only their hard work and musical growth, but their confidence, artistry, and heart. From first-time performers to advanced musicians, every student brought something special to the stage, and we could not be more proud.
So thankful for this community and honored to watch these students grow into exceptional musicians. 🤍

Welcome Ms. Somang Choi to North Fort Worth Music Academy! 🎹

We are excited to welcome Ms. Somang Choi to our piano faculty!

A bilingual pianist with over a decade of teaching experience in South Korea and the United States, Ms. Somang brings a thoughtful, pedagogy-driven approach to every lesson. She holds a Master of Music in Piano Performance & Pedagogy and has guided 90+ students of all ages and levels.
Her teaching beautifully balances strong technique with expressive, confident musicianship, preparing students for performances, recitals, and theory exams such as TMTA.

🎸 We’re so excited to welcome Andrés Arcila to our faculty as our new Classical Guitar Teacher at North Fort Worth Music Academy!

Andrés is originally from Colombia and is currently pursuing his Doctor of Musical Arts in Classical Guitar Performance at the University of North Texas. With a Master’s in classical and contemporary performance and over 15 years of teaching experience, including 10 years in university education, Andrés brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to our academy.
He believes in teaching through the “pedagogy of love” — using empathy and connection to inspire his students and help them grow both musically and personally.

We’re thrilled to have him join our RCM Partner School faculty and can’t wait for our students to learn from his artistry and expertise! 🎶💛
