This week we have been talking about winter following our snowy ice days last week. Our students have had fun making snow and playing in our rice snowman sensory bins.
Sensory play and introducing different textures is important in play. It stimulates a child's senses, which is crucial for brain development. It also supports motor skills, language development, cognitive growth, fostering creativity and problem-solving abilities.
