$14,375.33 Total of Business Quarterly Filings Refunded Back Part 2

Video:

An American who has a company was awarded back her business income tax filings because she disputed the quarterly filing documents(941s) after a financial reporting company filed without her permission on payments for income taxes. Her company is NOT a “trade or business” as defined in 26 USC 7701(a)(26).

The definition is:

IRC 7701(a)(26) provides that the term "trade or business" includes the performance of the functions of a public office.

Income Tax reporting is for those that are involved with said above activities. AKA “Federal/State Connected Revenue Taxable Activities”

Company Owner had a right to dispute the errors on her property because she was not involved with federal connected taxable activities, but she was involved in “non federal connected activity.” Non Federal is non reportable according to law, therefore, is not taxable.

Business Owner Receiving Quarterly Filing Refunds Back!

She explains it ALL! This is Part 1 of her Victory (there is a Part 2 of her and her husband's company victories)(will post soon) or you can go find it yourself.

The Financial Reporting Software she stated in the video that reported her quarterly filing incorrectly and inaccurately was “Intuit” after firing them months ahead of time.

Remember: She is filing like an Educated Income Tax Pro who understands the difference in Non Federal connected revenue (non reportable so Not Taxable) vs Federal connected revenue (Must Report so Taxable)

The term "trade or business" as defined in USC 26 7701(a)(26) is different than her company (and MOST American entrepreneurs).

$97,271.45 Refunded Back!

This is an Educated Income Tax Filing.

Non Federal Connected Revenue (non reportable so Not Taxable) Vs Federal Connected Revenue(Reportable so Taxable)

Occupation of Americans: Geologists

They disputed their w2s because THEY KNEW that the “activity of work” they were doing at workplace were NOT Federally Connected.

Dispute form is Form 4852

They also disputed 1099-B and 1099-DIV.

IRS have a few stall letters, but they responded accordingly. (See video in comments) Most of the time the IRS don’t do stalling. They release.

America WakeUp and Take Action.

Again they got $97,271.45 plus $980.99 of Interest back. Interest came because the IRS gives interest on the money that they haven’t given back after 45 days of receiving the return.
