⚠️ IMPORTANT: Southeast Arrival & Dismissal Safety Procedures & Pickup Expectations ⚠️
🚗 Keeping Our Scholars Safe Is Everyone's Responsibility! 🚗
Please help us ensure a safe and efficient arrival and dismissal process by following these important procedures:
✅ Seminary Gate Access
- ONLY Southeast RISE families may enter through the Seminary Gate during arrival and dismissal.
- Your orange car tag must be clearly displayed on your dashboard at all times.
✅ Follow All Safety Procedures
- Follow all traffic cones, traffic laws, and staff directions.
- Remain in your vehicle at all times while in the arrival and dismissal line.
- Drive slowly and carefully to ensure the safety of all students, families, and staff.
❌ Parking Lot Drop-Offs Are Not Allowed
- Students may NOT be dropped off in the parking lot at any time.
- The parking lot is not a designated student drop-off area and using it creates unsafe conditions for everyone on campus.
⏰ Arriving After 7:45 AM
If you arrive after 7:45 AM, you must:
- Park your vehicle in a designated parking space.
- Walk your student into the building and complete the required check-in procedures.
⏰ Afternoon Pickup Reminder
- Dismissal ends at 4:30 PM.
- Our staff members' contracted workday concludes at 4:30 PM, and student supervision is not available beyond that time.
- Students who have not been picked up by 4:30 PM will be transitioned to our after-school program, and families will be responsible for any applicable after-school fees.
We appreciate your partnership in ensuring students are picked up on time so that both students and staff can end their day safely and smoothly.
