We’ve had enough interest in a possible summer writing club that we decided to put together some tentative details for families who may want to join us this summer! ☀️✏️📚

This would be a small, creative, low-pressure writing group focused on helping students build confidence, collaborate, and bring their ideas to life.

One thing I’ve noticed over the years is that so many kids actually love creating stories… but somewhere along the way, writing starts to feel stressful instead of creative.

We’re considering bringing back a small Summer Writing Studio for rising 4th–8th graders — focused on creativity, confidence, collaboration, and helping students see themselves as authors.

The best part last year? Hearing the hilarious, creative, wildly unexpected story ideas kids came up with together.

So now I’m curious…
