Today, we had our first evacuation drill of the school year! 🦉💙

Our students did a fantastic job following directions, staying calm, and getting to their designated areas safely. We are so proud of our Owls and how well they handled the drill! Great job, Lake Pointe! 👏🏼

Our incredible PTA treated our staff to delicious snacks to help us start the day off right! 🥨🍎☕️We are so grateful for the thoughtfulness and generosity of our PTA.

We’re off to a GREAT start this morning! 🦉💙 It is wonderful to see all of our Owls back at Lake Pointe! We are so excited for another amazing school year!

A few important reminders:

📚 Tomorrow: Parents will say goodbye at the front door as students begin walking to class independently. This helps our students build confidence and start their day on a positive note!

🇺🇸 Monday is Independence Day! Students will walk into school on their own. We invite everyone to wear red, white, and blue as we celebrate! ❤️🤍💙

👋 Need to visit your child’s classroom? No problem! If you need to go beyond the front office, please remember that all visitors must check in at the front office and receive a visitor pass before going to a classroom.

We had an amazing Meet the Teacher night! It was great seeing all the Owls return to Lake Pointe. See you all on the first day of school August 13! Doors open at 7:00.
