And that’s a wrap. Not the outcome we had all hoped for tonight, but we will continue to work to be a better baseball team next year.

I want to take this time to first thank our two seniors. Drake Richards and Brody Lawrence. Although this coaching staff only had them for a year, we cannot thank these guys enough for what they did. These guys put a lot of time into this program over the last 4 years and helped start the culture change this year. The future wins are just as much theirs as they are ours. Thank you guys, we will miss you.

Next I would like to thank the parents. You guys are the ones who get the players around, deal with schedule changes, etc. To making meals so that the guys can eat after every away game this year (A LOT), to getting the flooded field ready to play. We appreciate everything you guys do. THANK YOU.

Lastly, I want to thank our school and administrators. Without them, we may have been lucky to get 15 games in. Truly is a team effort here at Busco.
