I just bought The Amazing Generation by Catherine Anne Price and Jonathon Haidt. It's a graphic novel about the neuroscience behind how our phones and social media effect our brain. My 13 year old LOVES it....and it's helping him understand our decisions around his phone/social media usage. Highly recommend, especially if you already read The Anxious Generation.
