Today we are celebrating a truly special woman, our amazing director of 29 years, Andrenette Lee Montgomery.

For nearly three decades, she has poured her heart, wisdom, and unwavering dedication into serving children, families, and our entire community through All God’s Children Childcare & Ministry. Her leadership has helped shape generations of young learners by creating a safe, loving, and enriching environment where children can grow, learn, and thrive. Through her commitment, countless families have found support, encouragement, and a place that truly feels like home.

Just last week, she was honored as a finalist for the Champion of Change award through Greater Fort Wayne Inc., a well deserved recognition of the incredible impact she has made in early childhood education and throughout our community. We would also like to extend a very special thank you to the entire Greater Fort Wayne Inc. team for recognizing her dedication, leadership, and years of service to families and children.

This week, we celebrate her strength, her tireless work ethic, and the passion she brings every single day. Ms. Andrenette is a mentor, an advocate for children, a supporter of families, and a true pillar of our center. Her vision, faith, and commitment have built a legacy that continues to bless so many lives and inspire those around her.
