Prince Chapman Academy

The Summer Learning Lab is returning for Southwick and Prince Chapman students this summer!
This program is in conjunction with the Boys & Girls Club of Fort Wayne Indiana. East Allen County Schools Summer Learning Lab (SLL) is enrolling rising 1st - 8th graders at the participating EACS schools: Southwick Elementary (serving students entering grades 1st-6th), and New Haven Jr./Sr. High (serving students entering grades 7th-9th). Only enrolled students from the following schools are eligible:
Southwick Elementary (Programming located at Southwick Elementary School)
Prince Chapman Academy (Programming located at Southwick Elementary School)
New Haven Jr./Sr. High (Programming located at New Haven Jr./Sr. School)
Paul Harding (Programming located at New Haven Jr./Sr. School)
Our learning experience will begin June 8th, and will conclude July 17th, with the hours running from 8:30am - 4:30pm. This program is set to run Mondays-Thursday only. Your child will receive a preplanned curriculum-based education from certified teachers in your community, as well as a fun and safe environment to participate in program enrichment after the education experience concludes.
East Allen County Schools will be providing MORNING BUSSING ONLY to your child's school site. All afternoon pickups will take place at your school site and is the responsibility of your family. Please be sure to specify whether or not your child will be a car rider or will need to utilize the morning bussing in the transportation field. Breakfast, lunch and snack will be provided to students.
Please fill out separate forms if you have multiple children that you are wanting to participate in our Summer Learning Lab.
